Gaza
We have deep operational roots in Gaza, supporting humanitarian partners with logistics, storage, and cross-border coordination during both emergency and recovery phases. Our presence allows for rapid mobilisation of aid, even in highly restricted conditions. We work closely with local actors to navigate access, deliver essentials, and ensure safe last-mile distribution.
West Bank
In the West Bank, we assist organisations with warehousing, internal movement, and coordination across fragmented checkpoints. Our logistics support helps ensure that aid can reach vulnerable communities across multiple governorates. We also support partners responding to displacement and livelihood challenges in Area C and other hard-to-reach zones.
Egypt
Egypt plays a key role in our regional operations, especially in response to the growing number of displaced Palestinian families. We support partners in sourcing, storing, and dispatching aid to affected communities, while also coordinating cross-border shipments into Gaza. Our warehouse in Egypt enables rapid response during critical surges in need.
Jordan
Jordan serves as both a logistics hub and a corridor for aid to neighbouring countries. Our warehouse in Jordan supports pre-positioning for UN and NGO partners, especially those working in Syria and the West Bank. We also facilitate procurement, customs clearance, and rapid deployment of emergency items.
Lebanon
We work with humanitarian actors in Lebanon to deliver aid to communities impacted by economic hardship, displacement, and refugee pressures. From warehousing to field-level logistics, our team supports multi-agency operations, particularly in the north and Beqaa Valley. We also help coordinate cross-border shipments and donor visibility.
Syria
Through regional partnerships, we support the delivery of local and cross-border aid into northern Syria. Our work includes transport coordination, customs support, and reliable last-mile access in areas where needs are urgent and constantly shifting. We maintain close collaboration with partners inside and outside Syria to ensure timely and principled aid flow.
Yemen
In Yemen, we support humanitarian efforts through regional sourcing and shipment facilitation. Our team helps NGOs and agencies move medical supplies, food items, and shelter kits into the country via Jordan, Oman, and Egypt. With fragile access routes and high demand, we focus on speed, compliance, and secure delivery.
